CP2025n

I recently had to dismantle my CP2025n to do the solenoid repair for the "continually initializing" problem as described here:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vg1YFYM9yuE
All the toner cartridges are definitely genuine HP ones, and they have worked perfectly for years (until the above repair).

The problem is that relative to the black, the cyan is 1mm too far down the page, the magenta is 2mm too far down the page, the yellow is 3mm too far down the page.

Here's a scan of the supplies status page which shows the problem the best.

What's happened? The poor printer had a bumpy hour-long journey in the boot of a car.

Any ideas how I can fix it?

Thanks!
Jules.

From the printer's print quality menu run a color calibration 3 times in a row to see if that helps.

That did help somewhat. The worst (yellow) is now about 2mm off instead of 3mm.
Feeling hopeful I ran another 3 calibration cycles but that didn’t make any more improvement.
Any more ideas please?

Many thanks!

Remove all 4 toners, restore printer to factory defaults, turn off-On when propted install toners and wait for a printer to calibrate and test.

It's still about 2mm off.

I tried another 3 colour calibration cycles too, that didn't make it any better.

I've redacted the serial numbers this time, so hopefully my pictures will now get through to you.

Any other ideas?

It looks like 3 calibration cycles moved it about 1mm in the right direction, but won't move it any further.

Thanks!
