I have had no success with HP support. My HP Tango X quite printing color ink about a year ago even after cleeaning heads and machine through app and manually. I really want to trade in my printer. Has been very frustrating experience with support. Does this community have any suggestions for a home / office printer that is easier with better support? Thank you!
