Product: HP Color LaserJet Enterprise M652n
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, I have recently changed my transfer kit  on my printer M652n and now I have server discoloration on all printed pages.  I have removed and reset the transfer kit many times and show at ten percent still like the old one.  followed the online walkthrough on how to change it, and ran the calibrations. still the color is off. Any suggestions are welcome.

OEM or third party cartridges? What is the toner levels of all the cartridges? Did you replace with a new OEM transfer belt or a refurb/3rd party?

the Kit claimed to be OEM and the toner levels are above 50% and we only use OEM toner.
