Iv been having a problem for a few month with my Tri Cartridge. It is at 70% now. Im on the Instant ink plan also. When it doesnt recognise it i do all recommended and it normally works. But tonight again, i havent been successful and it is only the Tri cartridge not recognised all these times. BUT!! The cartridge is 70% full. Im getting frustrated at how I cant contact/telephone anyone for help it takes days to a week to get replies. And dont get me started on the virtual agent. I get directed to somewhere then it doesnt load up. I run a small business. Printer is just over a year old. Will I have to buy another Tri cartridge from somewhere else or a new printer. Surely on my account they can see the Tri Cartridge is causing problems.

I understand you are having an issue with the color ink cartridge. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure the ink cartridges are properly inserted in the printer, you may refer to - Replace HP inkjet printer cartridges
Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Ink cartridge error
If the error persists, please send me a private message with your Instant Ink account details or you may also respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly. Check next to your profile name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
