Product: HP ENVY Photo 7858 All-in-One Printer

Hello! 

 

I got some recent help and am back! (Thank you!)  It seems my tri-color ink is now only using yellow ink. I didn't have any issues with this printer when using the ink initially given to me and since replacing it (and replacing again to rule out cartridge error,) it initially was clearly using a variety of off colors and now seems to only use yellow ink. How would one go about troubleshooting and making the printer use tri-color ink instead of one color.
