Product: HP Deskjet 2540 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have owned the is HP2540 for at least ten years. And ever since I have owed it I have difficulty inserting a ink cartridge. The HP video on the product shows it to be so easy but it is not. The video and audio tells one to enter it it with a slight angle.. Well the cartridge is not going far enough back in the well in order to close it in place. any suggestions because today I am having a heck of time tying to install the cartridge. Personally, I think that HP could have made it a bit easier to install the ink cartridges of the model 2540. Thanks to all for you help.
