I just installed all new 962XL and 962 cartridges in our Officejet pro 9018 for about the fourth time. The previous changes worked fine. This time the printer indicates the three color cartridges are depleted, yet we just opened the new box and the are supposedly under warranty until later this year. I have unplugged the unit for ten minutes as directed by the virtual assistant, who resigned virtually after suggesting I update the drivers. The Machine says they are the latest drivers. The name of the printer for some reason no longer reads as "HP Officejet Pro 9010 series PCL-3" as it has since we bought it, but instead says "HP Officejet Pro 9010 series (5E323)". I am not sure when it changed but very recently it was PCL-3. I added the PCL-3 printer back in but is still doesn't recognize the cartridges. I hesitate to purchase another $100 package of ink without finding out what is wrong. Thank You in advance for any help you can provide.
