Hello,
I have an HP DeskJet 2720e printer, serial number Edited.
After performing a factory reset, the printer now shows the message “Insert Setup Cartridges to continue.”
The printer was already activated before and worked normally with standard HP 305 cartridges.
Please help me either by unlocking the printer or by sending me replacement Setup Cartridges so I can complete the setup again.
