Product: HP Officejet 2620 All-in-One Printer

I’ve done all the troubleshooting steps for the error message “incompatible cartridge”. Strange thing is that I replaced both color and black ink on Thai printer but it just cannot read the black ink. I wanted to j ow how to get hold of an Ho live person on the phone to do a regional reset? Is that my last option?
