I'm getting an error message that the cyan cartridge is defective. I've replaced with a new cartridge and cleaned the port. I'm trying to reach customer support but I can't get past the phone tree which doesn't recognize the serial number (I've tried a dozen times and the number is correct). Any thoughts?
