Hi,
I can't figure out how to make the second page not upside.
Any idea?
The only option is a check mark box for Two-sided, after clicking Printer.

Hey @Kerry007
Thanks for the detailed and screenshot, it is highly helpful. 🙂
As I can see you use an AirPrint driver, not an HP's one and that may cause the issue.
From System Preferences > Printers & Scanners select your printer and click the minus button to remove it.
Next click the plus sign and select the listed printer.
Click the Use drop down menu, instead the default AirPrint option select the printer model from the list and add it.
Now follow my steps and you should be able finding that option and change the binding type.

Shlomi

Hi,
Please follow the steps below in order to automatically print two-sided print jobs:
1. Verify the duplex-printing accessory has been installed properly. To verify this open the System Preferences and go to Print & Fax. Open the print queue of your printer. Click on Printer Setup and from the tab menu choose Driver. Verify the box next to HP Two-sided Printing Accessory (Duplexer) is checked.
2. From the file used to print click the File menu and select Print.
NOTE: The Print window might be minimized. Press on Show Details to show any available print option.
3. In the expanded Print window you will find next to Copies the checkbox for Two-Sided. Check the box.
NOTE: If the checkbox does not appear within the specific application print dialog, skip this step.
4. To select the binding type click the lowest selection box listed as the name of the program (e.g. TextEdit)
Will appear as Copies & Pages within Microsoft Office applications.
5. Select Layout from the drop-down menu.
6. Set the Two-Sided option as Long-Edge binding (Portrait), or Short-Edge binding (landscape).
You may save the settings for future use by clicking Presets > Save Current Settings as Preset... Any used preset will remain default till another preset will be used.

Shlomi

Hi,
From the print dialog I think you should see a button listed as "Printer..." (As long as I remember, it's been a while since seeing Adobe Pro's print dialog) at the button, clicking this button should show the full print dialog among the options listed in my previous post.
Please let me know if you can find a such, otehrwise if you may attach a screenshot of its print dialog it may help guiding you further.

Hi Shlomi
I tried to change it as you explained. When the print Que opensIt doesn't have a printer setup box that you can access, it just shows driver No 2, so I had no joy It doesn't hsave a printer setup box but just has a settings icon
Maybe its because I am using Apple Pages as a word processor ?

In Windows the problem would be that the setting flip on short edge was selected when flip on long edge was what was needed.
Unfortunately no idea how this on a Mac
