Hi..
I'm new here, and I've been trying to print a 5 x 7 color photo from my HP Printer. When it come out, it has no picture, just black vertical lines. If I print from my main paper tray with regular paper, the picture comes out great. Help... Thanks.

Hi @JOinFL,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are facing an issue with printing photos from your HP OfficeJet Pro 9025. Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
Check Print Settings:
- Ensure that you're selecting the correct paper type and size for photo printing in the print settings. Use photo paper settings and select the appropriate paper size (5 x 7).
Update Printer Drivers:
- Make sure you have the latest printer drivers installed. You can download the latest drivers from the HP Support website.
Check Ink Levels:
- Verify that your ink cartridges have sufficient ink. Sometimes, low ink can cause issues with color printing.
Print Quality Settings:
- Adjust the print quality settings. Go to the printer properties in your print dialog and select a higher print quality, such as "Best" or "High Quality."
Clean Printheads:
- Perform a printhead cleaning using the printer's maintenance options. This can help clear any clogs that might be affecting print quality.
Use Genuine HP Photo Paper:
- Ensure you're using high-quality, genuine HP photo paper. Non-HP photo paper might not work well with your printer.
Check for Paper Jams or Misfeeds:
- Make sure there are no paper jams or misfeeds in the photo paper tray.
Printer Firmware Update: Update the firmware on an HP printer
- Check if there’s a firmware update available for your printer. Sometimes updates can resolve printing issues.
Test Another Photo Paper:
- Try printing on a different type or brand of photo paper to see if the issue persists.
