Hello. I need to update my billing info for Instant Ink because I lost my debit card and had to request a new one. I can't access the billing section of HP Instant Ink. I have the Instant Ink 300 pages/month plan. When I click on the Billing section under Account, I see a spinning blue circle, but nothing is loaded. The same with Safari, Firefox, and Google Chrome. Is anyone else having trouble accessing the Billing section of hpsmart.com?
