Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.
I see that you are facing an issue with print quality on your Printer.
Kindly refer to the steps on this link and let me know if that fixes the issue.
Also, update the printer firmware using this link.

Hi Irwin6,
I tried the solution of removing black cartridge, turning it upside down for a day, and there was no difference. Then I tried the updating of the HPSmart software, and that also made no difference. What is happening is, suppose this message was printed, you would only see the top half of each line of text. That is the problem. I went to printer settings in the app and selected print quality tools - and it still states that these tools are not available on this printer.
I also have a model 3450 all in one, and it prints fine. But I want the 7855 to print properly.
