Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I can't change the email address on my account because when I try to, it says that a verification email has been sent except that it hasn't. I check both my old email address and my new email address to try to verify. I check my spam folders and there is no verification email. Please fix this and please update my email address.

Wow, it's like you didn't even read my request. This question is not about an HP product. It is about my HP account, but unfortunately there is no discussion topic group related to account issues, so there's no way to actually contact anyone about my account issues, is there?

I need to change my account email address but it is not working.
