Hoping that someone can help me with my problem
I have a HP Color Laserjet Pro MFP M283fdw, the problem I am having with this printer is, it will not print on both sides, unless I use the HP Smart app, to print my documents.
If I try and print 2 sided in MS Word or any other app, the printer always prints single sided, even though all printer settings are set to print both sides.
But as mentioned before HP smart app will print both sides.
Please can someone help with this issue.

File name: Full_Webpack-44.11.2784-LJM282-M285_UWWL_4_1_Full_Webpack.exe
(207.7 MB)
Note:
Do not connect the USB cable until prompted by the installer. If you are connecting to a network, make sure the network cable isconnected before running the installer - The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
- Restart the System again
- Now the installation is complete.
Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.
I hope that works now. Please give me some feedback.

A) Printer settings Duplexer:
Search Windows for 'devices', and then click the Devices and Printers control panel setting in the results.
Right-click the icon for your printer model, and then
click Device Settings tab
Installable Options > Duplexer: installed
If not, change to installed.
B) Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory:
Enter the Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right click the printer icon, then click Printer Properties.
Click the Device Settings tab.
Set the Automatic Two-Sided Duplex Accessory as installed and click OK to save the change.
Now Automatic Duplexing should become available.
Test the duplex with MS-Word.
I hope this helps.

I uninstalled HP smart app, and any other HP software.
Installed the HP UPD
Did a test print, on Microsoft Word to print on both sides, and it worked.
I then installed the Full solution software on top of the HP UPD, this also worked.
So the problem was it seems the HP smart app not allowing me to use other software to print both sides.
Thanks buddy for you help.
