Can anyone please advise on a problem I have printing in black on my HP Deskjet 2632. Cartridge is quite new, ink levels show ok and all actions to clean print head, cartridge etc fail to resolve the situation. I'm on Instant Ink but not due a new one yet as it's showing full. Is it possible to request a replacement cartridge? I can't find the option.

I understand that you are facing issues with a black ink cartridge.
Please try steps # 4 and 5 from this document.
Have you checked your HP Instant Ink account page? Your Instant Ink account page will have notifications if there are any issues with the account or recent cartridge shipment, it will even provide solutions on how to fix the issue. You may log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here.
