Unable to register for Instant ink, cannot find printer

I cannot register my HP 3720 printer for instant ink, i have tried everything recommended but nothing works. Screen end with 'We are unable to connect your printer to finish instant ink enrolment'  Any advice?

Thanks for the response, however the issue is not with connecting the printer with the wifi network. The printers is connected to the network and i can wirelessly print and i see the printer on the HP smart app. The issue is when i try to enrol on instant ink, it say 'unable to register for instant ink, cannot find printer'.
