Product: HP ENVY 5532 e-All-in-One Printer

I have recently emigrated to Australia bringing my U.K. purchased HP Envy 5532 printer with me, however when I set the printer up it states I can’t use the HP ink Cartridges already in the printer without registering for instant ink, I cannot find a way to register for instant in in Australia although I was registered in the U.K. can anybody help please
