Microsoft Windows 11

HP Office JetPro 8130e (3139e) Series Printer will not print.
On Printer Message says - Use SETUP cartridges that came with your printer.
My original cartridges that came with printer ran out of ink and I have replaced them; Ink 923
What do I do now?

I see that there is an issue with the hardware and may need reset.
