Operating System: Chrome OS

Printer states Used, Refilled or Counterfeit Cartridge Detected.. Using a new HP cartridge that I bought recently online.. Now it will only use my color ink to print black/white. How do I reset this? 

 

PS restarting printer by removing power as per it's helppage didnt help.
