Hi
It is hard to find a solution to this irritating issue. I have found these lines were also on intermediate belt and transfer roller. Despite cleaning them properly, they reappeared. This print out is from a blank page, The same applies if a blank page is coped. If you have any experience with such problem, please advice.
Thanks

@MynameisHOP, Welcome to HP Support Community!
If you have already performed the steps from the document Fixing Poor Print Quality and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
Hope this helps!

Most likely the transfer belt on the machine is bad or you have a couple of bad cartridges. Check the drum units (blue/green cylinder) on bottom of cartridges to see if there is excess toner stuck there. If not, then the transfer belt is the most likely culprit.

My partner tried to use the type of papers to create stickers that goes on T shirts. The cartridges looked fine they are new anyways. The Transfer belt looked fine! No visible damage. Are you saying order new Transfer belt? or buy a refurbished one? Many thanks for your reply by the way, made my day!

I am not being conclusive yet. The toner has to come from somewhere. If you have cleaned all dirt from inside and have run at least 10 pages through the printer with no improvement then I might suggest that, but sometimes it takes running some pages through to clear up the printing. If it continues to stay that bad then toner is coming from somewhere and cartridges are the most common cause of defects.
