Getting vertical streaks on each edge of copy. How do I eliminate?

you must clean the glass surfaces.
Tip: scan a blank A4

Thanks for your reply. Cleaned the glass, but that did not help.

This is a blank sheet of paper and is A4 size (215.9 x 297 mm or 8.5 x 11.7 in).

Start a scan with it and save it as JPG and upload here, click on the icon "Insert photos", "Set format = Large", original size.

So I can see what you mean.

What is the name of your printer?

Hi,

you absolutely must clean the large glass surface properly.

I also recommend a magnifying glass, because some dirt can not be seen with the naked eye!

Clean a flatbed scanner

Cleaned glass with alcohol. Still have streaking. Do you know how I might contact HP support?
