Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Office Jet 6500A Plus delivers vertical yellow lines in green picture of lawn and trees. Have cleaned printhead including advanced option. Toner cartridges are fine. Would appreciate advice as to what's causing this.

Many Thanks,

Mike Cassady

If you have yellow on green, that means you are missing cyan; it is probably a bad cyan segment of the printhead.

In the printers reports menu, there must bea  print quality report os something similar print that to confirm.

Valsimot, thank you for the response. The cyan ink status is fine, about 3/4 full. Ink delivery system test printings show cyan comes out fine. I'm uncertain as to your closing comments. Any further ideas?

I sent the page as an attachment to your email because the scan feature on printer says it can't find OCR connection to my computer. It identifies my computer correctly. That's another issue to contend with.

Since there has been no further activity on this issue I assume there is nothing to be done.
