Product: HP ENVY Photo 7155 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I checked the paper tray manually and then closed it but did not load new paper and then my HP 7155 Printer started malfunctioning by printing only the top 1/3 of each 4th line of print and that top 1/3 is only printed faintly. The other 3 lines are printed properly  My internet connection is VPN. I have checked both ink cartridges for proper insertion as well as checked for proper connection of the printer to my desktop and to Wi - Fi. I have checked all the other things mentioned by HP Printer Support but nothing has helped so far. I am enlisted with HP's automatic ink supply.
