HP Store Customer Service - USA

 My order numbers are not recognized at this site as valid, OR the page throws an error and tells me to try again another time

Orders correspond with warranty issue (i guess) - case is closed.

Order number example: Customer Service Order # BPXMNNNN-NN

Thought I should leave real order number out of this.
