I have changed my colour cartridge, cleaned the printheads but magenta blocks are missing after cleaning cartridges

I understand the printer is not printing Magenta. Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this could be a hardware issue as you have already replaced the ink cartridge. The issue could be with this replacement ink cartridge or the printer itself.

 

Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
