Hi @SONNY1950,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

I hear that your Print Quality Diagnostic report shows no color at all, and you have already cleaned the printhead/cartridges and aligned the printer. HP guidance suggests these next checks:

  • Use genuine HP cartridges. HP recommends genuine HP ink supplies because non-HP or refilled cartridges can cause unresolved print quality issues.

  • Check paper and print settings:

    • Make sure the job is not set to Grayscale.

    • Confirm that the correct paper type and print quality are selected.

  • Print and review another Print Quality Diagnostics Page:

    • If color blocks are faded, missing, or show white lines, run Clean Printhead again.

    • If defects remain after cleaning up to three times, HP recommends replacing the affected printhead(s).

  • If the diagnostic page still shows no color after repeated cleaning and alignment, HP advises that the printer may need service.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
