Need advice, please. I purchased a multi-pack of 950XL & 951XL black and color HP ink cartridges at Staples. Box was new and sealed with 2 black cartridges and one each of yellow, red, and blue. Really expensive. We used one black cartridge and the three colored ones. The second black cartridge was left in the original box. Yesterday our black cartridge gave out and I went to get the second one from the multi-pack. Instead of a second 950XL cartridge, there was a tri-color cartridge marked "23." This doesn't fit our 8100 printer, nor any preceding ones. It was mistakenly packed in the box instead of the second 950XL. That's over $50 down the drain and now we're stuck with a brand new 23 cartridge that we can't use! I can't reach anyone at HP to get some customer satisfaction. Pretty angry...IMG_2156.jpeg
