HP Recommended

Bought cartridges at walmart due to my ink being done. Failed. Cleaned heads as usual. Printed an alignment page, instantly the ink levels said LOW and printed out poor quality. Walmart wont take them back because they've been opened. $200.00 for black and color is what I paid. Who's taking responsibility here?

I understand that you have been facing issues with the cartridges purchased from Walmart. I would request you to please share me the Printer Model and the cartridge purchased from Walmart.

Also could you please confirm if you see any error message or any Error code in the printer.
