Hi.... I needed to replace my ink and I purchased from walmart and I keep getting this message cartridge appears to be damaged? Walmart will not return or exchange and they told me to contact HP. will HP assist

Are you getting any errors?
Are you facing issues with Black or color ink cartridges?
Are you able to print normally with the old cartridges?
Are you able to copy and scan?
