I purchased a new HP64 black cartridge for me All In One Envy 7800. I have cleaned the connection points on the cartridge and printer as well as the ink output on the cartridge with distilled water and it still gives the error message that it doesn’t recognize the cartridge. Walmart won’t exchange or refund it. Will HP exchange it?
