Purchased a pack of ink (cyan, magenta, yellow 3 separate cartridges) from Walmart, sealed, new in box. Got it hole and opened the box and all 3 were inside the box loose, no foil or plastic wrap, no safety seals, no pull tab. It looked weird but I put them in the printer. Printer gives me a disclaimer "looks like you're using genuine HP ink that has been previously used" and checking the levels they all read full. Am I crazy or should there have been safety seals? $70 for ink that is used is ABSURD.

HP Recommended

All current HP cartridges should have a QR code on them that you can scan and it will verify that the origins of the cartridge.  Go to this website to verify HP.com/go/ok
