HP Officejet Pro 8600 e-All-in-One Printer - N911a
Microsoft Windows XP

Purchased a 4-pack of ink cartridges from Staples on 01/31/2025 when the printer recommended having spares ready to go since ink was starting to run low.  Today I, installed new HP 951Cyan and Magenta ink cartridges and the printer indicates that the new cartridges are damaged.  If I reinstall the old cartridges, the printer recognizes them and indicates they are depleted.  I have tried everything I can find on the HP forum regarding this without success.  I believe that I may have received a couple of bad cartridges.  I also installed the HP 951 Yellow ink cartridge today and the printer does not have a problem with that one.  The warranty end date on the new cartridges is Sep 2026.  How do I get replacement Cyan and Magenta cartridges from HP?
