Hi!
I subscribed to instant ink for the first time and never received my welcome kit yet!
HP did generate the tracking number but shipment was never tendered to carrier. It's been 2 weeks. (called and verified with carrier)
I have 3 shipments shipped and never received any of them - all 3 with the same error message:
"The sender has created a shipping label. As we process the item, we’ll update its status and expected delivery date."
Can you please ship with a different carrier? I can't trust this service when my ink level starts to drop mid-way and don't receive the next shipment.
I am subscribed to the 700-page/month service!

I understand you have not yet received the first set of Instant Ink cartridges.
To assist you better, we would need some information related to your Instant Ink Subscription. This information cannot be shared on a public post.

I am an HP Employee
