Welcome Pack Ink issue

Hi!

I signed up to the instant ink service and was told that my 'Welcome Pack' would arrive with me within 3-5 working days, however this has not been the case and I desperately need to print! I am really worried about when it will arrive as I signed up a week ago now!

Please help 🙂

Not sure why you were told 3-5 days, though (of course) it might have been either believed to be true based on your location, or it might have been hopeful "best scenario" expectations.

 

Typically, the first shipment >> PRE-Covid days >> is ten days.

In the current situation, expect ten days to maybe two weeks or more.

 

You can wait for the shipment to arrive.

OR

You can purchase ink to use while you wait - this solves the immediate problem.
