What Ink do I buy?

Hi! I bought various BRAND NEW, standard black HP 667 ink cartridges from the US for my printer (HP Deskjet ink advantage 2775) but it gives an error every single time.

So I think its incompatible? Are they region locked? Do I need ink sold in the Caribbean? Please help, i've been dealing with this for a year now 🙂 thank you

I'd be glad to help you. Please note that HP Printers use different ink cartridges in different regions, and to use the ink cartridges sold in the current region, we need to change the region settings on the printer.

I request you to please get back to me with the following information, so that I can help you change the region settings on the printer.

Do you still have the ink cartridges for both regions

Do you have a printer USB cable?

Which OS is on the PC? Is it Windows or Mac?

Do you have the printer's full feature software and drivers installed on your PC?
