Hi. I have a HP envy photo 6230. Every now and then the printer decides to leave a small of lines on my print outs. It seems to pick on one picture and throws these lines on just before throwing the paper out after printing. The rest of the image is great. It just leaves the lines on the white right at the end. I can print several images after this fine without the marks and then try again with the culprit picture and lines are left again. I’ve tried cleaning the cartridges and page smears. This can actually make it worse. Ink levels are fine. Please help as I waste so much paper when this happens.
