Yes, you can use an HP 67 ink cartridge for your HP DeskJet 2800e series printer. The HP 67 Black and HP 67 Tri-color cartridges are the correct ones for this printer in the U.S. If it is the case that you prefer high-yield options, you can use HP 67XL cartridges.
In case your printer does not recognize the cartridge, you should:
- Ensure the cartridge is properly installed.
- Clean the cartridge contacts with a lint-free cloth.
- Restart the printer.
- Update the printer firmware via the HP Smart app.
- Contact HP Support if the issue persists.
