What is causing my Photosmart 6520 to print partial line voids? Poor print quality.

I have partial line voids when printing at approximately every 1/2 inch down the page.  I have cleaned all of the rollers.  Does anyone know what is causing this and is there a replacement part that will correct this problem?

I followed the steps in the article you sent to me, however, without a successful resolution to my problem.

The same issue is present when printing and when making copies.

Any additional advice would be greatly appreciated.

I recommend you contact support as you have mentioned that you are facing the same issue even when you make a copy that confirms a hardware issue.

Here is how you can get in touch with support.

1)Click on this link – www.hp.com/contacthp/

2)Select the product type.

3)Enter the serial number of your device or select let HP detect your product option.

4)Select the country from the drop-down.

5)You should see the HP phone support number or Chat option listed.
