Product: HP Envy photo 7855
Operating System: macOS 10.14 Mojave
I bought a HP Envy Photo 7855 printer. It came with HP 64 Ink. I am in Japan and ran out of ink. I checked for compatible/ exchange cartridges on the HP site and saw that the HP 804 cartridge was exchangeable.
So I ordered a couple of HP 804 cartridges and after they arrived and placed them in the printer, I received a message that they were not compatible!! I am trying to return the cartridges and receive a refund!!
Why is incorrect or incomplete information posted that leads to problems like this??
What is the correct solution?? Will you provide HP 64 cartridges to me here in Japan at the U.S. Price??
