I m using HP Ink Tank Wireless 419 printer. It has stopped printing Cyan color suddenly. Have tried software uninstall/Re install also. Test carried out as per print quality diagnostic, cyan color totally missing in page. Printheads cleaned with HP software also, no improvement observed. However there is no error displayed on printer panel. Pls advise.

This seems like a hardware issue. Reinstalling the printer driver will not help.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document to resolve print quality issues - Black Ink Not Printing and Other Print Quality Issues
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
