Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

In the past 5 years I've  purchased a new OfficeJet Pro 6968 which worked fine for about 2 years, then cyan text and fields began being streaked with magenta. Assuming the print head was bad, I purchased a new OfficeJet Pro 8025e. Again, it worked fine for about 2 years and has now started doing the same thing. Text and fields that should be cyan are mixing with magenta. Cleaning the print heads does no good. Is this an HP quality issue where print heads go bad quickly? Solutions short of buying yet another one?
