I just bought this printer envy 6055e when I use a highlighter the in smears I'm very disappointed i really need to use highlighter and markers and this happens my return window Already expired i can't return it. I'm very desperate don't know what to do.

Replace your highlighting pen with a type that does not smear the ink.
For example, purchase a "Gel" type highlighter.
