Hi @Please6100e,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Print the Information Page:
- On your printer, go to the control panel.
- Print a Wireless Network Test Report or Network Configuration Page. The claim code should be listed on this report. It usually appears as your printer’s email address minus “@hpeprint.com”.
Access through Embedded Web Server (EWS):
- Open your web browser and enter your printer's IP address to access the EWS.
- Navigate to the Web Services section. Here, you should find the claim code and printer email address.
Entering the Claim Code
HP Smart App:
- Download the HP Smart app on your computer, smartphone, or tablet from 123.hp.com or your app store.
- Sign in or create a new account.
- Select My Printers from the app home screen.
- Add your printer by entering the claim code when prompted.
HP Connected Website:
- Visit HP Connected.
- Sign in with your HP account credentials.
- Click on Add Printer and enter the claim code when requested.
I hope this helps.
