Bought a cartridge in May 2023 and installed it now. Unfortunately the Cyan color doesn't seem to work. According to the packaging, it should be under warranty until May 2024, but there is literally no way of contacting HP for this. Whom can I contact about this?

To get the replacement cartridge, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
