OK, here I am again.  This has been ongoing since Feb 4, 2022.  And now I purchased a new printer because HP could not resolve the Warranty issue which does not expire until Mar 2024.  It has been a nightmare so just bought a new printer and will not take out extended warranty ever again.  But right now I am waiting for a shipping label to return the old printer.  It makes no difference to me whether HP gets it or not.  I already bought a new HP Printer.  I can just toss the other in the trash. lAST MESSAGE i RECEIVED FROM hp ON MESSENGER WAS THEY WOULD SEND ME A LABEL, so is that going to take 19 months to receive it?  I would like an answer as to whether HP will provide the shipping label to send that printer to them.  My old printer still shows I do not have warranty, so there is no way I can reach HP except by messenger and now no one is responding there.  I am not going to pay to send that printer to HP.  I already paid $67. for extended Warranty on that Printer that has quit working.  SO MUCH FOR TAKING OUT EXTENDED WARRANTY.  HEADS UP ON THAT. The way I look at it, is if this new one quits, it is less stressful to just buy another, but that is not good to get around for HP
