Hello all,
I have SmartTank 670 for about a year. Recently, colour printhead died so I had to replace it. I followed the suggestions made by HP Smart app and ordered product number: 6ZA18AE. HP webpage claimed that this is compatible Printhead.
But when I received it - it is smaller and has different connections. I spoke with technical support and sales, spend 40 minutes on calls and the outcome was that the printhead I bought is indeed not for my printer model (although they originally claimed it should fit). And the best? They don't know which colour printhead is correct....
Anyone knows what I should buy and what will fit 100%? I came across 3YP17AE in some partners shops which also claims to be compatible with SmartTank 670. But why it is not available in original HP store? Is it the right one for sure? Don't want to buy another one which won't fit.

This is the picture of the old printhead.
I took the risk and ordered 3YP17AE. Didn't get it yet, so I would still be interested in your opinion.
What is weird for me is you asking me about the current printhead. Shouldn't it be that a specific printer model has always the same matching printhead, and also other parts...?

The 3YP17AE printhead is compatible with the HP Smart Tank 670 printer.
However, you can check the link provided below where the printhead compatibility with the printer is mentioned in the specifications. The link below is the official HP store link where you can purchase the printhead.

Also, please check the below image for the ink bottle numbers according to the country and region you live in.

Thanks for the response. I live in EU, so I guess I cannot buy from India webpage.
Anyways, I have got this original printhead and it still throws the same error. I guess my reliable printer has some problem after printing a stunning 300 pages. I will call technical support in my country and request replacement, because I still have guarantee
I guess I don't have more questions, therefore thread to be closed.
