HP Envy 6022

The photos I'm printing on my HP Envy all come out with a white banner at the top and bottom  which makes them look rubbish in frames. I've turned on borderless printing and tried fill page and fit to page, but nothing makes any difference. Please help!

Hi@H-powow1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

The border on the right side of the print may be the result of the print settings.

or

Ideally,  the shape of the image will match the shape of the paper on which the image is to be printed (Aspect Ratio).

If the image does not match the paper, you can use print settings to "fill" the page, print the image at "actual size" (which may result in odd borders if the image shape and paper shape do not match), or edit the shape of the photo (crop) before it is printed.

The level of control depends on the software you are using to print the image / photo / document.

Print from your Android, iOS, or Amazon Fire device with the HP Mobile printing app.

Open HP Smart

Select the file to print > Print > Settings (horizontal lines with intersecting circles in the upper right corner)

Select "Resize" = Original, Fit to Page, Fill Page

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
