i have an HP Smart Tank 580. I’m trying to use it but there are streaks of white lines throughout everything I print. I tried cleaning the print head more than 10+ times and I tried aligning the print head but nothing is working. I attached the last print quality page I printed.

@Asked49, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Make sure none of the tanks are low. Even if they look full, make sure:

You used HP original ink.

There are no bubbles or air gaps in the ink tubes (visible through the transparent areas).

The tank caps are closed tightly.

There’s a chance the printhead isn’t fully seated or making solid contact.

Turn off the printer.

Open the printhead access area.

Gently remove the printhead by pressing the release tab.

Clean the gold contacts gently with a lint-free cloth slightly damp with distilled water.

Reseat the printhead firmly but carefully until you hear a click.

Close everything up and try printing the quality report again.
